Halacha - Slichos
Submitted by anonymous  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh

Saying Selichos at 9PM is not recommended, because the first half of the night is not considered a favorable time. If you always daven Netz, you may do so even if there is no minyan. The best option would be to daven Netz without a minyan and afterwards to say Selichos with the minyan before their late Shacharis.
