Klausenberger Rebbe: When The Choson Gives The Ring With The Wrong Hand
The Be'er Heitev brings from the Maharam Mintz that when a Choson says Harei At and places the ring on the Kallah's finger, he should do it with his right hand and put it on the finger of her right hand.

The Klausenberger Rebbe (Divrei Yatziv EH 53) brings from the Chaim V'Sholom that if he did it with his left hand and now wants to do it again with his right hand because the Kedushin with the left hand is not a good siman, he should not do so publicly.  This is because the Knesses HaGedolah says that if the Kedushin is halachicly good it should not be repeated because some people may think that the first way was invalid and a Churban can come from it.  If he feels really bad, he may give her the ring again B'tzina where there is no Chashash.
