Halacha - lighting candles away from home
Submitted by anonymous  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh

If you can light in the apartment you are staying in at the proper time, you should light there with a beracha. If you will only be lighting late at night, you should light without a beracha. In any event your wife must light at home.
