Halacha - pareve sink
Submitted by b.a  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question: I am makpid to wash parve dishes separatly, but was told by someone that one can wash them in the same sink with either fleishik or milchig dishes, is this o.k?
Answer: It is certainly ideal to wash them in a separate sink, if you have the facilities to do so, as this avoids any risk of coming in contact with milchig or fleishig residue. However, Reb Moshe Feinstein zatzal permitted washing even milchigs and fleishigs in the same sink for one who does not have two sinks, one after the other. Pareve dishes should not be washed together with milchigs or feishigs at the same time, especially if using hot water.
