Question: in gemara bobo metziah perek beis daf chuf alef amud alef rabbon shimoen ben gamliel says that all new found keilim you can kepp but what if it has a siman?
Answer: Even if it has a siman, it is expected that since it is new the owner would not recognize the siman and would have no way of reclaiming his object.
