Submitted by anonymous  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question: i asked if the flame is far and you cant examine fingers on it are you yotzei havdala and i was ansered that you are yotzei the other brochos. however i still have a question wether or not this havdala gives you the ability to eat after and if you have later on find a candle and or the like
Answer: You may eat, but you should still say a beracha on a candle provided you can find one on Motzai Shabbos. The beracha on the candle can not be said until Tuesday.
