Question: shalom. i am about to take a job in a NON kosher catering. i will need to cook thier. i am ortodacks, so can i work there? can i cook non kosher meat? can i cook pork? can i mix chesse and meat together. i will work with a regular hat on my had so no one can tell that i am a jew, but i dont know if i can do everything there. i hope i can get a positive unswear. thank you, shavoa tov and shannna tova.
Answer: You may not cook or mix hot dairy and meat together even if only one is hot. Other non-Kosher foods may be cooked, presuming you are not likely to taste them.
