Halacha - Toiveling jars
Submitted by anonymous  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question: would like to know if one must toivel bottles or jars that once contained wine and food. I like to use these bottles and jars again for food storage - do I need to toivel them?
Answer: While there is a debate among the Poskim, it is generally accepted that since they are designed to be disposable, no Tevila is necessary.
