Halacha - shabbos lip gloss on Yom kippu
Submitted by Rachel  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question: I recently purchased a Shabbos lipstick from a company approved by gedolei hador. My question is whether or not I may use it on yom kippu. I only use it to prevent discomfort and not feel more awful. Is there a reason one should be allowed to wear it. I guess I am also to curious as to wether or not "annointing" on yom kippur would prohibit other Shabbos makeup.
Answer:

All cosmetics are forbidden, both on Tisha b'Av and on Yom Kippur.
