Question:
Answer: Mezonos. Grains from the 5 species are always considered to be of primary importance when added for flavor or creating a sensation of fullness even if they are a minority in quantity. The exception would be when they are clearly of secondary importance such as flour added to gefilte fish to make it stick together.
