Question: My wife makes biscotti, she makes it into a loaf and then slices it. Does she have to take challa?
Answer: Biscotti, otherwise know as mandelbroit, requires challa to be taken if one makes sufficient quantity.

For all baked goods the quantity is 1.6 kg, 3.5 lbs, without a beracha and 2.2 kg, 4.9 lbs with a beracha.

what is the sufficient quantity? In general, on cookies and other stuff what is the quantity?
