Halacha - Corn Bread
Submitted by Pinchas  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question: Please calrify your posring that corn bread is Hamotzi. Presumadly you are referring to corn bread that is made with part wheat flour, I want to meka corn brad with only corn meal or maybe with a little rice flor as well. What would the bracha be in such a case. Thank you very much
Answer: I did not write that corn bread is HaMotzi, a different member of the team entered this Halacha from Rav Bodner's sefer. However you certainly are correct that it is referring to a situation containing wheat flour. If the corn bread contains only corn flour it is Shehakol, and the same would apply if it contains a minority of rice flour.
