Halacha - new utensils and avoiding toveling
Submitted by Nachshon Leib  Answered by Rav Peretz Moncharsh
Question:
Answer: Yes. As a matter of fact, if you even give a goy your own, old utensils temporarily they require a new tevila. That is why we do not sell the pots for Pesach, only the chometz absorbed in them.
